Riding the rivers that cannot be grasped necessitates 

an exquisite attention with a soft touch.

In an attention environment of too much information and what feels like too little time, we find ourselves multiply diffracted and distracted. 24 hour news cycles broadcasting disasters, proliferations of warnings, notifications, alerts have overstimulated us to saturation with often contradictory abstract data points. In a world of ever-increasing incomprehension, our social (media) feeds us unverified, unverifiable speculation, much of it automatically generated by anonymous software. Where are we? How do we reorient ourselves to the materiality, the pleasure, the potency of the sensory, the sensual, the real?

There is nothing more immediate and proximate than one’s body, and ongoing ecology of complex contact zones in dialogue with reality. We need to reimagine our corporeality as the locus that can draw the future to the present. We are made of time, from the minerals of our bones to the salinity of our teardrops. We belong here.

Join us for this paced, attuned, integration-forward exploration in rhyme and in rhythm with the changing seasons:
~ 5 x 20-hr weekend workshops Friday-Sunday with optional calls between.
Each session counts towards certification with Katonah Yoga Center.

Participation in each module comes with:
A digital seasonal manual
A digital version of Radical Acts of Embodiment
A digital download of Dages’s unreleased “Becoming Spherical: a six part sequence”
Access to Dages’ Patreon library of classes and breathwork
and a total of 10 classes (2 per seasonal module) with The Looking Glass Basel, in person or online

** Please note: In the event that you cannot attend the workshops but would like access to these above materials + classes,
a one-off fee of 150 CHF / 165 USD per module can be paid directly **

Each module focuses on extended practice and includes:
Movement (restorative + active, depending on season)
Subtle Body Meditations and Nidra
Dynamic Breathwork
Working with the elements in the forest, the river, and the city
Personalized ointment and potion making to augment personal wellbeing 
Foraging and Kitchen Witchery
