WINTER DEEP DIVE
ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP
Sundays January 25-February 15, 2026 11am-1pm [online]$450
I am excited to offer this specialized online training for teachers who wish to dive deeper! This intimate format is a gateway to conversation, advanced practices, and more personalized feedback on your teaching and application of theory in your embodied, intellectual, and creative life. For teachers and engaged practitioners, I wish to share my insights from my teaching experience since 2002, successes and failures (!), including leading retreats, working with private students of all ages and abilities, developing intensives and teacher training, writing, teaching online, working with and without studios, and staying curious and inspired. You can ask me anything :)
My mentorship with Nevine Michaan has been life-altering. I wish to participate in the current of her lineage by mentoring others. This program is bankable for 10 hours towards Katonah Yoga® certification. We’ll meet for 4 group sessions + up to 2 privates, and get into poetics + praxis: guided writing, asana, breath, readings, meditation, and discussion. Participants will also receive a digital download of my freshest rewrite of the 33-page Winter Manual, replete with practices, recipes, baths, rituals, and herbal exploration.

THE MATERIAL
Group sessions include physical asana + breathwork practice, as well as explorative inclusive discussion and Q&A… whatever else comes up from you and your interests- this is a space for all of it. Private sessions are focused on your specific areas of inquiry .
Past groups have addressed:
Working with privates
Addressing injuries
Subtle body cartographies and breakdowns of Magic Square, Kabbalistic tree of life, Tantric tattwas, Tibetan ten-point practice and their interfaces
Sequencing modules for classes and privates
Breathwork: how to teach, how to sequence
Creation of a manifesto practice to hone and invigorate personal motivation and teaching philosophy
One-on-ones can take many forms: we can practice, break down asana adjustments, refine our understanding of theory, clarify our teaching vision, and get supervision on working with particular students. These personal conversations facilitate attuned feedback and discussion on what matters most to you concerning your practices. Privates are scheduled every other Tuesday/Thursday, 10 am-3 pm. Please indicate if these options absolutely will not work for you on your application, and if accepted, we will find a solution :)
Immersion Includes:
Four group classes (2 hours each) with unlimited replays of recorded sessions
Up to two one-on-one zooms (30 min each)
Weekly homework and writing assignments
Winter manual and access to my library of videos, including breath and movement practice, moon stuff, some pretty woo rituals
Unlimited correspondence through email/whatsapp VM
