KATONAH YOGA® accredited education at Katonah Yoga Center
Let’s get cozy as the darkness descends and we turn deeper inward. Even amidst the clamor of the holiday season, it is possible to carve out quality time for slowing down, warming up, and reconnecting to the sparkly, ever-radiant vivacity at the hearth of your home. This weekend will function as a mini retreat with practice, potables, pranayama and presence. Take personal time to keep your own home fires burning brightly.
We will move our lymph, open our lungs, feel our strength and stoke our fires. Saturday afternoon, we will learn some easy recipes for body, bath, and brew, including a miracle bath to keep your joints loose and skin soft under the winter layers. Every day I will whip up some seasonal infusions and elixirs to keep us warm and delighted.
KATONAH YOGA® was founded by Nevine Michaan, and is a Hatha yoga practice refined over forty years, blended with Taoist theory, sacred geometries, pranayama, and meditation. For more information, please visit www.katonahyoga.com.
